Stay in Brasil and try out for the club teams you might be good enough to be signed. My brother played in a premier league once and was so good that scouts from ODP(Olympic Development Program) got him to play for them. NY is a big state and I'm sure there are many teams or leagues you could sign up for. The best is to just stick with the school team, maybe if you're good enough you can try out for some local high school team, it depends on where you live and if they allow that there.
